- Why no public pricing?
- Because nobody's price is the same. Two companies with the same employee count can pay very different numbers depending on carrier count, EDI volume, whether you're reselling through a partner, and which integrations you need. Listing a single PEPM would be a lie for most of you.
- What's a rough range?
- We don't share ranges publicly because they mislead more than they help — your number depends on carrier count, EDI volume, integrations, and channel shape. For partners reselling: we quote the partner a wholesale rate and you set your own margin. We'll give you a real number after a twenty-minute call.
- Setup fees?
- We don't charge implementation fees for standard deployments. For agencies that need white-label branding, custom SSO, or non-standard carrier integrations, we quote the build separately so you see the cost, not a baked-in markup.
- Is there a free trial?
- We'll give you a sandbox with your payroll provider connected for 30 days. It's not a trial in the credit-card-later sense — it's a proof-of-concept we build together before you commit.
- What's the contract length?
- Annual is standard. Month-to-month is available at a small premium if you need it. We don't lock you in with a three-year auto-renew.
